Delivery times in writing, not promised
Every service states its delivery time on the page, not over the phone. If your deadline doesn’t fit, we say so before taking payment.
Confidentiality
What you tell us is covered by attorney–client privilege. Your data is processed under the GDPR on servers in the European Union.

Before you start
Who are the lawyers?
Bar-registered professionals who work with us by field. We don’t use trainees or unqualified consultants: name and bar are disclosed before the work begins.
How do I pay?
Online by card, before the work begins. You receive an electronic invoice at the time of payment.
What if my case is more complex than expected?
We tell you before starting, not after. If the documents show you need a different service, we tell you which one and at what price: you decide whether to proceed or stop.
Do I have to start with the consultation?
No. If you already know what you need, go straight to the service. The consultation exists for those who still need to find the right path.
I have a deadline about to expire.
Flag it right away in the form, with the date of the notice you received. If our delivery times don’t fit your deadline, we tell you before taking payment.
Can I cancel?
As a consumer you have fourteen days to withdraw. If you ask us to start before that period ends, the right is lost once the service is performed — we ask you to confirm this at purchase.
